Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via whatsapp, email or phone with their order details.

Refund / Replacement Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds or Replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. The wrong size product is delivered.
  2. The product received is significantly different from the product description on our website.
  3. If the cancellation is made within 2 days of delivery.
  4. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. (May require video proof)

  • Refund / Replacement Process:

  1. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for any refund / replacement requests.
  2. Once the return / replacement request is approved, customers must ship the product back to us on their own cost within 7 days.
  3. Refunds / replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
