Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via whatsapp, email or phone with their order details.
Refund / Replacement Policy:
- Eligibility: Refunds or Replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:
- The wrong size product is delivered.
- The product received is significantly different from the product description on our website.
- If the cancellation is made within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. (May require video proof)
- Refund / Replacement Process:
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for any refund / replacement requests.
- Once the return / replacement request is approved, customers must ship the product back to us on their own cost within 7 days.
- Refunds / replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
